Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a registration will be subject to the following conditions:

Until 15^th of January: full refund
From 16^th of January to 15^th of February: 50% refund
From 16^th of February: no refund

Visa Requirements and Invitation Letter

A customized invitation letter for visa purposes is only available for delegates with a confirmed registration that has been paid in full.

The letter is intended to help delegates obtain a visa but does not imply that IVD will provide financial support.

In case of a visa request rejection, the IVD will refund the full registration fee only upon receipt of the official refusal document from the Embassy.

If you are presenting any scientific material or you need a VISA for attending the conference, please email to secretariat@conferre.gr the following information:

• Message subject: "Vascular Surgery 2026: Request for Invitation letter".
• (in written) Name, date of birth, passport number, date of expiry and country of citizenship as they appear on your passport.
• Copy of your passport.

We will send you your VISA support letter as a pdf via e-mail.
